Help Center
A few of the questions we hear most. Once the app ships, in-app help will cover the rest.
Getting started
When does Nutrinity launch? Nutrinity is in pre-launch. iOS first, with launch planned for 2026. Join the waitlist on our home page and we'll email you once, when it's ready to download. No spam.
What will it cost? Pricing isn't finalized yet. We'll share it before launch, and waitlist members will hear first.
What devices does it support? iPhone first. Other platforms may follow after launch.
How the plan works
Can I change a meal mid-week? The plan is the plan. You set your preferences before a plan is generated, then you shop once and cook what you planned that week. When you're ready for the next week, you generate a new plan. Nutrinity does not swap meals or re-check store stock in the middle of a week.
What if a store is out of something? Your shopping list is built from your plan at the time it's generated, it isn't a live inventory feed. Store choices and typical availability are considered when the plan and list are created, not checked in real time while you shop.
Can it handle allergies, dislikes, or a specific diet? You tell Nutrinity your preferences and restrictions, and it builds the plan around them. Nutrinity is not a medical service, for medically necessary diets, work with your doctor or a registered dietitian.
Where do your nutrition claims come from? When we explain why something is on your plan, we point to peer-reviewed research rather than trends. We don't promise specific health outcomes.
